Balmoral Baptist Church – February 22 Ministry Update

Balmoral Baptist Church is pleased to announce the resumption of regular on-campus services and activities following the significant impact of Winter Storm Fern across Memphis and North Mississippi. We are grateful for God’s protection during this challenging time and are thankful to be returning to our regular schedule.

As we begin another year of ministry together, we are prayerfully dedicating this season as a Year of Caring — a renewed commitment to reaching beyond our church walls and into the East Memphis community with the love of Jesus Christ and His life-changing gospel.

Ministry Highlights and Upcoming Opportunities

PowerTime Prayer Gathering
PowerTime will resume on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM in the fellowship hall beginning March 4. We invite our church family to gather in unified prayer for spiritual renewal, healing in our nation and city, and continued growth in our congregation.

Neighborhood Watch Ministry Initiative
We are launching a volunteer opportunity to support and welcome families moving into the neighborhoods surrounding Balmoral. Members are encouraged to participate in helping us intentionally engage our community.

Sunday Night Life Ministries (Launching Soon)
In the coming months, Sunday evening programming will begin at 6:00 PM and will include:

• Life Groups (1st Sundays)

• TeamKidz, Support Groups, and Iron Sharpening Iron for men (2nd and 4th Sundays)

• Solid Rock worship nights (3rd Sundays), featuring contemporary praise, special music, and a message from God’s Word

Tuesday Morning Bible Study
The study through the Book of Daniel has resumed and meets Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in the fellowship hall.

Special Observance
The Lord’s Supper will be observed during the morning worship service on Sunday, March 29.
